Aditya Agarwal, Director of Engineering, Facebook
Aditya Agarwal is a Director of Engineering at Facebook, where he helps manage the engineering team and oversees new product design and architecture. He currently works on News Feed, Search and Applications. He was part of the early engineering team and wrote the initial Facebook Search Engine. He is also one of the co-authors of Thrift, a popular open-source RPC framework. Prior to Facebook, Aditya worked at Oracle on the Server Manageability team, which is responsible for creating a self-healing database.
