The beginner's mind is often the best place to start learning and where software craftsman have the potential to grow the most. As time goes by and the craftsman develops expertise they start to close down many learning opportunities. During this session, we'll explore how you can maintain the beginner's mind whilst still growing expertise and how to apply this to your craftsmanship journey. We'll explore how craftsman learn, what prevents people from learning and give you concrete tips on accelerating your learning.
