Training: Effective Retrospective Tweet
A retrospective is a meeting held at the end of a development iteration or software release to help a team identify ways to improve their effectiveness. The workshop explores how to plan and facilitate a retrospective with some practical group exercises. We also cover how to turn ideas for improvement into real change. Come to this session to share your experiences implementing change with agile teams and pick up some tips for better retrospectives.
