Alois Reitbauer works as a Technology Strategist for dynaTrace Software where he is leading the Methods and Technology team. As part of the R&D team he influences the dynaTrace product strategy and works closely with key customers in implementing performance management solution for the entire lifecylce. Alois has 10 years experience as architect and developer in the Java and .NET space. He is a frequent speaker at technology conferences on performance and architecture related topics and regularly publishes articles blogs on blog.dynatrace.com

Cameron Purdy is Vice President of Development at Oracle. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Purdy was the CEO of Tangosol, whose revolutionary Coherence Data Grid product provides reliable and scalable data management across the enterprise. Mr. Purdy has over ten years of experience with Java and Java-related technology.

As a software visionary and industry leader, Mr. Purdy is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and has received a number of awards in recognition of his contribution to the Java community, including twice being named as a JavaOne RockStar and being recognized in TheServerSide´s "Who´s Who in Enterprise Java". He regularly participates in industry standards development and is a specification lead for the Java Community Process.

Director of Product Strategy Ric  Smith

Ric is responsible for Kaazing's product strategy. Prior to joining Kaazing, Ric was Principal Product Manager for Oracle Application Development Tools. In his role as Principal Product Manager he was responsible for the evangelism and product direction of Oracle ADF Faces Rich Client as well as Oracle's AJAX and Java EE Web Tier offerings.

Prior to joining the application server team, Ric worked for Oracle's consulting business as a Principal Consultant, specializing in Java EE and AJAX development. In addition, Ric is a frequent speaker at International events and has written articles featured in industry publications such as Java Developer's Journal and AJAX World Magazine. Ric is a representative to the OpenAjax Alliance and a graduate of the University of Arizona.
