Konstantin Gurnov is Head of Agile Practice in the Luxoft company. In his current role, Konstantin is actively involved in consulting clients and mentoring agile community inside the company. He has more than 10 years of professional IT experience in various industries such as Investment Banking, Energy and Media. Konstantin is passionate about building highly productive teams and helping high scale enterprises with their transition to Agile. He is an active supporter of the Agile wave in Eastern Europe.
