The UK Government is the largest single organisation in the UK, and has a complex software legacy. The Government Digital Service (GDS) is a new department within the Government, and is trying to transform the way that digital services are delivered. We put users first and use lightweight agile techniques. In this talk Mat will describe some of the tools & techniques that are used within GDS to try and make the government behave less like an enterprise & more like a startup.
