I work for Skyscanner and I'm focused on building as robust and scalable deployment pipeline as I can while the company grows like crazy. I'm lucky enough to manage two great teams - Development Mechanics that do the Source Control, Build and Artefact Management tools, and Deployment Orchestration that focus on deploying our code into AWS and our Data Centres. 
It's a difficult job but I genuinely love it - every time we think we've got it nailed, it moves on us and we need to re-think!
