Henry Wilson is a Senior Architect in the BBC’s Product Group division, where he has responsibility for backend teams delivering audio experiences. He has nearly 20 years’ experience in Software Engineering across various companies based in Scotland. Having worked as both a Principal Software Engineer and a Senior Architect at the BBC, Henry has a keen interest in technical leadership, influencing teams and the various career pathways available to senior ICs. Away from work, he can often be found exploring his passions for music, politics and food, and doting on his pair of tuxedo cats.
