Tom Everest is the head of department for Architecture and Supply Chain across broadcast and end-user technology at the BBC. Day-to-day, he looks after the architecture of the broadcaster's media supply chain, helping solution and delivery teams to build robust, resilient, standardised, and connected workflows and systems. A BBC lifer, Tom started in research and development in the twentieth century and since then has held a number of architecture, contractual, operational, and project management roles across the BBC's distribution and content production activities.
