This experiential workshop puts participants through a series of simulated projects during which they will examine the team and project structures and identify ways to set up the environment to maximise communication and leverage the power of difference in distributed teams.
Drawing on research and experience working with teams spread across the globe this is a hands on session which will challenge participants to identify and resolve the common and uncommon areas where distributed teams come unstuck and provide you with ideas and tools to apply in your workplace and across your teams.
