Registration opens at 8:00 on March 10, 2010
 
Exhibitors can Tear Down:
March 12, 2010 14:00 - 15:00 or after 17:30
All exhibitors need to clear all materials 18:00

Booth Information

Basic Booths: Size 3M x 2M. Each booth will be provided with a basic rectangular table, two chairs and a white tablecloth.

Electricity and Internet
There will be 220 V outlet. More power can be ordered. Each booth will have access to the WIFI internet access, hardwire internet drops are available at an extra charge.

Insurance/Liabilities
Qcon Conference organinzers can not be held responsible for any insurance. The area is locked and guarded when the conference closes every evening. It is not allowed to drill or hammer things into the walls, ceiling or floor. Exhibitors will be held responsible for damage in the booth area. The exhibition area is cleaned every night.
 
Rental of AV or Furniture
Contact our marketing partner Tiger Communications to request for any rentals of AV or Furniture.   Contact Richard McDonough or call at Tel 01992 763896.
 
Booth Shipments
To avoid lost shipments, we request that you send all your booth materials and furniture etc to the Tiger Communications Address before March 1st.

Raffle/Prize Drawings

We encourage exhibitors to raffle off a special item to be given away to attendees on Friday at lunch. Ideas for raffle items: Kindle, FLIP camera, gift certificate or American Express gift cheques. In order to get traffic to your booth, we encourage you to give away t-shirts, books and/or free training. 

Ad in Special Report Newsletter

This newsletter will be sent April 7, 2010 and is distributed to all QCon attendees after the event and to the entire InfoQ Database worldwide (approximately 111,000 worldwide). Content includes blog updates and links to special content on QCon.
