Presentation: Techniques for a Successful Agile Transformation
Location:
- Windsor, 5th flr.
Duration
Day of week:
- Wednesday
Abstract
Agile means different things to different people. Some people say they’re agile, but that’s usually very different to another group of people who also claim they’re agile.
In this talk, we’ll share with you how we recommend getting your Agile transformation to a great start and sustain it in the long term. You’ll learn about the dangers of taking shortcuts when the going gets tough and the level of discipline required to get the most out of adopting Agile. We’ll cover the good, the bad and the ugly from our experience at SagePay as well as the results we achieved and how we plan to evolve our Agile implementation in the future.
