- These days, how often do you hear the phrase ""train wreck"" actually used to describe an accident involving, well, trains? How often do you hear it used to describe a software project that went a little less well that anticipated? Rather than fantasizing about what we could do if only we jumped on the same bandwagon as the cool kids, for this series of talks we'll take a page out of the accident investigator's book as a few brave souls share some of their less glorious moments. Whether you want to learn from someone who's already learnt the hard way or just take a little guilty pleasure in something terrible happening to someone else, welcome to the Schadenfreude track.
