Agile in Actuality: Stories from the Front Line

Track abstract
Are you tired of the super-impressive-here's-my-theory-backed-up-by-these-theories/success stories about Agile/Lean? Agile/Lean’s been around long enough now that we all know it can work well but it’s a lot harder than it looks.
So, what’s really happening on the ground, 'on the edge' or 'at the boundaries'? What have others found difficult? How have they overcome the challenges of applying Agile/Lean in the real world of tough scenarios? What different techniques/practices did they experiment with or drop? What would they never, ever do again?
This track is about learning through sharing honest war stories and new ideas from real people who have experienced the tough side of applying Agile/Lean and how they dealt with it.
