Set up and Tear Down:

Set Up: Sponsors can set up after 20:00 on March 8, 2011 or 7:00 - 8:00 on March 9, 2011
Registration opens at 8:00 on March 9.

Tear down after lunch 14:05, Sponsors can stay in the Exhibition until Conference Closing if you prefer.

Exhibition Info and Scanners

WIFI Internet and power points will be availalble.  Please remember to bring any extra power cords or cabling you require.  If you have special needs, please contact Geeta Schmidt, gsm@trifork.com.

Scanners will be provided to all Exhibition Sponsors and you will be able to scan all attendees at QCon that come by your booth.  Scanners require a usb connection and a dedicated laptop with a spreadsheet or text program to capture the ID numbers.  This list can be turned into us on Friday March 11, 2011 and we can return a customer list with name, email, address, phone numbers, postal codes to you by March 14, 2011.

  3. Presentation Title and Abstract

By February 15, 2011

1.  REGISTRATION: Register  your attendees online. Use the following promotion codes upon registration: full conference pass: “sponsor11”exhibitor pass: “exhibitor11”Please note all Solution Track speakers will be registered for you as speakers. 

2.  LOGOS: Provide with Logos for Print and Web to gsm@trifork.com:

1. SEND CONFERENCE BAG MATERIALS: Material for Conference Bag Provide 800 copies of A4/.5 cm thickcontent to be sentto following address for inclusion in Conference Bag. Download and Print this Label and attach to all boxes that are sent for Conference Materials.
