Abstract
Software engineering leaders face a shortage of experienced testers, especially people with the skills required to programmatically create tests. Developers are drowning in Test/QA tasks rather than writing application code.
In this talk we will explore and demonstrate how autonomous AI for code solutions exceed the basic capabilities of standard GenAI coding assistants by being able to perform complex TestQA tasks without the need for human intervention and oversight.
You will come out of this session with an understanding of how reinforcement learning based autonomous AI can be used to augment development teams by becoming your new QA Engineer.
