She / her / hers

Career & Leadership Coach, Speaker, Software Engineer

Dianing Yudono has spent over twenty years in technology as a software engineer across startups, scale-ups, and large enterprises. In one enterprise, she re-architected the data pipeline that determines which of millions of merchants appear in a commerce app, bringing together eligibility criteria owned by many teams across the organisation.

Throughout her career, Dianing has seen how individual contributors carry not only the responsibility for delivering value to customers, but also the invisible work that keeps teams and organisations functioning: creating clarity, filling gaps, building alignment, and making sacrifices that rarely appear in job descriptions, CV or performance reviews. She has also seen how much their growth depends on support from managers and more experienced engineers, from Staff and Principal Engineers to Tech Leads and Architects.

A trained coach accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Dianing combines her engineering experience, hard-won intuition, and neurodivergent perspective to support and challenge individual contributors at critical moments in their careers and in the life of their organisations.
