Steph has had a desire to improve (and help others improve) their practices throughout their career, particularly by working together across disciplines and teams. 

In 2018 they began leading a team who’s focus was to do just that for the iPlayer & Sounds teams within the BBC. They now work, with their team across the whole organization. 

For the large number of varied teams across the BBC, they provide support, knowledge and tooling with a focus on development and release practices.
