Fix Nothing, Build Boldly: The Rise of Agentic Mobile Workflows

Abstract

Mobile apps are no longer just a channel, they are the business. With 88% of mobile time spent in apps and 71% of uninstalls caused by crashes, the stakes have never been higher. Yet despite AI coding assistants, comprehensive observability, and modern CI/CD, engineering velocity remains flat and burnout climbs.

Engineering has hit a wall. AI has accelerated code generation, but our outdated pipelines, built for a 2020 world, are choking on the output. The result is a "Perception Gap": developers feel faster, but sprint velocity remains flat and the maintenance tax keeps growing.

In this session, we explore the transition from "Intelligent Delivery" to the Agentic Era. You will learn how the Agentic Loop allows autonomous systems to detect, triage, resolve, and release fixes with human-in-the-loop oversight. Stop managing the "fix" and start designing the system; it is time to end the "log archaeology" and build what actually matters.
